Presents …

Infallible Muse

Produced by Jane Kellaghan,
Artistic Director, CruX Dance Theatre

Nationwide Tour – Summer 2006

Infallible Muse was originally created in 2004, the piece has been developed and reworked drawing on the expertise of mentor ‘Sol Pico’ who has helped to push the boundaries of Jane Kellaghans choreographic expectations. This exciting merger has resulted in a dance performance integrating highly skilled choreography, dance and multimedia, with a visually stunning lighting and set design.

Produced & Choreographed by Jane Kellaghan, artistic director of cruX, this production will bring the audience on a sensuously exciting journey by integrating culture & nature through the magic of multimedia. The dance is sensual, coupled with a quirky movement style exploring the intimacy of nature, stimulating creativity and authentic physicality.

Infallible Muse also examines the obsession of bureaucracy in rationalising the unknown, the creative and the numinous.

“dancers undulated behind a frieze of cling film capturing light like a moonlit lake … this was aesthetically satisfying and skilled dancing” – Irish Times 30th Sept. 2004
